• Gules, on a bend argent three trefoils slipped vert (for the 1677 marriage of William Nott (son and heir of John Nott and Mary Bellew) to Mary Harvey, a daughter of James Harvey and co-heiress of her brother James Harvey (of the Harvey family of Aylesbeare, a branch of which is today represented by Hervey, Marquess of Bristol )
• Per pale gules and azure, a (pair of) barnacle(s) argent (Wyatt, for the 1711 marriage of John Nott (d.1726/36) of Cobbaton (son and heir of William Nott and Mary Harvey) to Agnes Hamond (d.1760), only child and heiress of John Hamond of Okewill (whose paternal grandmother was Jane Wyatt, daughter of William Wyatt (3rd son of Philip Wyatt (d.1592), Steward and Town Clerk of Barnstaple (1562-3)) and heiress of her four brothers who all died without progeny)
• Argent, two bars gules in chief three torteaux (Mules, for the 1762 marriage of James Nott (d.1790) to Amy/Emme Mules, daughter of John Mules of Tawstock; This was a branch of the locally prominent family of Mules of Ernesborough in Swimbridge which built St Bridget's Chapel (North Aisle Chapel, now the vestry and organ chamber) in Swimbridge Church and was descended from the mediaeval magnate John de Moels, 1st Baron Moels (1269–1310), feudal baron of North Cadbury in Somerset.
