Description
A laboratory building in Norris, Tennessee, USA. This building was originally built as a tradeshop, but remodeled as a laboratory in 1935. In the late 1930s, the building housed a hydraulic laboratory, a soil mechanics laboratory, a minerals testing laboratory, and an office for engineers who collected hydrological data for the Norris area.
