Summary

Description
Organizational chart for typical US Navy aircraft squadron.

As an enlisted Aviation Electrician's Mate Chief in the United States Navy, I can assure you that the organizational location of the electrical branch shown in your diagram is erroneous. It does not fall under the Aircraft division, it falls under the Avionics/Armament division in every U.S. Navy squadron. Additionally, there is no such thing as a separate weapons release and control branch, that function is performed by the Aviation Ordnancemen in the Ordnance branch. -AEC(AW) Peter H. Corp
