This is a composite image of Shakespeare's funerary monument and its depiction published in William Dugdale's Antiquities of Warwickshire (1656) and in Rev. George Arbuthnot’s A guide to the collegiate church of Stratford-on-Avon (4th ed., 1904) and a painting made in 1748 by John Hall.
