Cette photo a été prise à partir de la "Tête de Chien" (qui surplombe Monaco) lors d'une randonnée en famille.

De droite à gauche on peut voir :

  • Fontvieille (quartier industriel et d'habitations, entièrement gagné sur la mer). Le plus à droite, coupé à moitié, on aperçoit le stade, avec plus bas les immeubles industriels de bureaux et / ou usines (à Monaco il existe beaucoup d'immeubles d'apparence "normale", mais qui abritent une usine par étage).
  • Le "nouveau port", coincé entre Fontvieille et le Rocher.
  • Le Rocher (ou encore la vieille ville). Au plus bas de l'image se trouve la Palais, l'immeuble qui domine tout sur la droite est le Musée Océanographique.
  • La Condamine et le port, avec sa nouvelle digue flottante. Ce quartier est un des plus anciens de Monaco. C'est ici que se trouve la "Place d'Armes" avec son marché typique tous les matins.
  • Monte Carlo (on aperçoit même le Casino).
  • Le quartier du Larvotto, anciennement marécageux, aujourd'hui front de mer d'immeubles de grand luxe. La pointe au milieu de laquelle se trouve un bâtiment rond entouré de verdure marque la frontière (l'immeuble est le "Sporting", casino saisonnier).

Note : l'immeuble le plus haut est celui qui est un peu isolé au milieu de constructions beaucoup plus petites sur la gauche de l'image. Cet immeuble (le Millefiori) est à 50 mètres de la frontière nord de Monaco. fr:ja:image:MonacoLibreDeDroits.jpg
