Memorial to John, the first Baron Petre. Ingatestone parish Church in Ingatestone , Essex, England.

This fine alabaster memorial in the North chapel of St Mary's church, shows John Petre, created 1st Baron Petre of Writtle, in the county of Essex in 1603.

John died in 1613. His wife, who died in 1624 lies beside him. They lived at the nearby manor house Ingatestone Hall.
