This is a depiction of the coat of arms of the Medici popes (Leo X, Clement VII, Pius IV, and Leo XI).

Blazon: Or, five balls in orle Gules, in chief a larger one of the arms of France (viz. Azure, three fleurs-de-lis Or).

Blasón: De oro, seis roeles en orla, cinco de gules y el del jefe de azur cargado con tres flores de lis de oro.
