Quote from the message which can be arranged to be forwarded if needed "happy to have this image used" It was sent to me for the express purpose of adding it to the wiki page on my request to the owner.

There is nothing controversial about the photo or its use - the owner is identified already on line but the photos available were copyrighted by someone else. To complete the page I asked the page subject to send me something I could use.
