Description
From the uploader's personal collection. A golden ruler issued to employees of JCPenney Financial Services in the early 2000's. The other side lists the Golden Rules by which the company operated. JCPenney Financial Services was later sold to the AEGON group of companies. This item was given to employees in the Canadian branch.
