Description Lt. Col. Perry Sarver (right), Commandant of the Patriot Academy, located at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville, shows Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels, along with Indiana National Guard Adjutant Gen. R. Martin Umbarger, the Academy facilities still under reconstruction. Daniels was at Muscatatuck to check on progress of the facility and to speak to local civic leaders.
