Description
Rear (southern) side of Indian God Rock, a petroglyph-covered boulder along the Allegheny River in Rockland Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania, United States. The petroglyphs are primarily located on the front side of the rock, facing the river; carvings on this side are primarily recent vandalism. The rock is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for the archaeological potential of its petroglyphs.
