The building is in Area 3 of the Liverpool City World Heritage Site - see 'Figure 1.1 WHS and Buffer Zone Boundary' on 'Page 4' (Page 12 in Acrobat) of Liverpool City Council - World Heritage Site Supplementary Planning Document. (Archived from the original on 16 June 2015.)

The photo was taken from around 150 metres away, which was the closest access available at the time. The camera zoom did not get as close as ideal.

Adjustments to the image were made to the RAW file, using SILKYPIX Developer Studio. The image was cropped and some colour balance changes were made, before converting to jpg format.
