Yes

Purpose of use

The image is irreplaceable and is required to put the subject in context; it is a historically significant image from the 1978 Paris Studios recording sessions of which no free image is available and is unlikely to be. The image has high encyclopedic value in illustrating the methods used to record the show, as well as a large number of the original cast members, of whom at least one is now deceased. The image is of a low resolution and is believed not to affect the copyright holder in any way as the image is widely available elsewhere, including on the BBC's website, many fansites and the numerous books about Douglas Adams. The image is copyright BBC.
