An entirely newCouncil was elected; and from Chester County, David Lloyd wasreturned for three years, Caleb Pusey for two, and John Simcockfor one year. Many new laws were passed shortly after thearrival of the Proprietary, which were duly read at the openingof the March Court at Chester. Ralph Fishbourn now appears as a Justice, and Henry Hol-lingsworjh as Clerk of the Court. In a prosecution for highwayrobbery, John Moore appeared as attorney for the King.
