3. No free alternatives have been found, as the scene is a war zone, and Hezbollah movement is not publicly known
4. It is not possible to reproduce a photo of the same scene.
5. The photo conveys information about the operation, manpower, and equipment of the event.
6. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows a historically significant event, and is of interest to the general public.
7. The picture is a screenshot of TV broadcast, and therefore is a small extracted portion of the TV programme;
