Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This photograph already widely circulates on the web and is no rarity. Any commercial value resides in selling the rights to use the photograph in a high definition form in an academic article or for use as a book cover. (It was so used for the cover of 'Paul Grice: Philosopher and Linguist Paperback' and it is from consulting that I confirmed that permissions to use reside with Kathleen Grice).This version is 'captured' from a digitized version found in a print tribute British Academy - picture quality was thus already reduced from other 'versions' found on the net. I have cropped that poorer version significantly and reduced it in resolution to 80%. There is no market whatsoever to buy an image of that quality.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 1988 .
