PTC Marka Catalogue No. 286/кор-16. Envelope paper VBM (ВБМ) with watermarks “ПОЧТА РОССИИ”. Offset printing. Size of the envelope: 110×220 mm. Print run: 1,000,000. The non-denominated stamp of the ongoing series with symbols of arts (“Letter A”, for domestic letters, weight 20 g or less). The illustration: the portrait of H. G. Wells against the illustration for The War of the Worlds. |
