Summary
Description |
The grease trap can remove grease and sludge through/with a removable bucket. The holes are closed up to a height of 1/3. This is done to hold sand and settleable materials. The removal has to be done regularly to keep the grease trap functioning. Photo by Heike Hoffmann, December 2010. |
