Franklin, 3rd Air Force commander and 10 African air chiefs during the 2013 Regional Air Chiefs Symposium official party, Aug. 21, 2013, Accra, Ghana. The Regional African Air Chiefs Symposium brings air chiefs together to discuss how their unique air capabilities can be collaborated to resolve regional issues.
