Euphoria erupted on 4 August 1914, after all the political parties in the Reichstag supported the war credits in a unanimous vote. Curved above 3 warriors holding swords, standing around altar: "* DENKWÜRDIGE EINMÜTIGKEIT DES REICHSTAGS *". 3 lines in exergue: "I· D KRIEGSSITZUNG AM 4.
