File:German colonial.PNG

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Original file(1,425 × 625 pixels, file size: 41 KB, MIME type: image/png)

Summary

This locator map image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “German colonial.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.
Description
The German Empire and its colonial possessions in 1914. The red circles are to improve the sighting of very small single pixel German territories. Note that the northernmost German holding in China was one of many European holdings in the Chinese trading city of Tianjin.
