Summary

English: Flag of the British Governor of Hong Kong. The Governor used this flag from 1959 until the Handover to the PRC in 1997. This image is based on User:Greentubing's pre-1999 Governor flag template; the badge is from User:Zscout370's HK blue ensign.

This image has been compared to an image on FOTW for accuracy.
