Français : Salle à manger de l'Hôtel de Besenval à Paris, conçue par Alexandre-Théodore Brongniart en 1782 pour Pierre Victor, Baron de Besenval. L'occasion : Dîner des « Grandes Tables de Suisse » le 15 mai 2018, préparé par les Chefs suisses suivants : Bernadette Lisibach, Lorenzo Albrici, Guy Ravet, Pierrick Suter et Pierre-André Ayer, Président des « Grandes Tables de Suisse », ainsi que le sommelier suisse Paolo Basso. Il y avait aussi Michel Roth, ancien Chef de l'Hôtel Ritz à Paris. L'hôte de la soirée était Bernardino Regazzoni, l'Ambassadeur de Suisse en France. Le menu de la soirée était : Filet de féra fumé, Croustadine de Lucerne (Chügelipastetli) et soupe à l'orge des Grisons. – Roulade d'omble chevalier du Lac Léman. – Filet de veau nostrano au risotto Carnaroli Gran Riserva aux cèpes. – Fromage fribourgeois (Gruyère et Vacherin) et poires à botzi caramélisées. – Tube meringué, fraises, et agrumes de Borex. – Avec une sélection de vins suisses des cantons de Neuchâtel, Genève, Zurich, Valais, Vaud et Tessin.
