Deutsch: Das Wappen ist abgeleitet von einem Siegel aus dem Jahr 1261, welches 1914, nach Anregung von Otto Hupp neu gezeichnet worden ist. Das vom 17. bis 19. Jahrhundert geführte Wappen mit dem Buchstaben "O" ist seitdem nicht mehr verwendet worden. Stattdessen ist das Wappenbild des Siegels in den Schild eingefügt worden.
