Deutsch: Im ersten Feld steht das Stammwappen der Freiherren Haller von Hallerstein, die von 1342 bis 1850 in Kalchreuth ansässig waren und bis 1465 die Alleinherrschaft im Ort innehatten. Der Löwe im zweiten Feld ist die Wappenfigur der Burggrafen von Nürnberg, die Kalchreuth im Jahr 1298 erwarben. Das Andreaskreuz im dritten Feld weist auf die Pfarrkirche hin, die dem Heiligen Andreas geweiht war. Sie wurde im 15. Jahrhundert erbaut; ihre Ausstattung ist in einzigartiger Vollständigkeit bis heute erhalten. Die Kirschblüte im vierten Feld stellt die Lage der Gemeinde im bekannten fränkischen Kirschenanbaugebiet dar.
