Deutsch: Der Hessische Minister des Innern hat am 11. Juli 1975 dem Landkreis Marburg-Biedenkopf die Genehmigung erteilt, ein Wappen und eine Flagge zu führen, die bis zum Zusammenschluss der Landkreise Biedenkopf und Marburg am 1. Juli 1974 der Landkreis Marburg führte.[1] Dem Landkreis Marburg war das Recht zur Führung des Wappens am 16. Juni 1930, zur Führung der Flagge am 8. September 1969[2] erteilt worden.
