The historic district is roughly bounded by Mispillion River, Maple Ave., Church and Washington Sts., Milford, Sussex County, Delaware. Note that Milford is in 2 counties Kent and Sussex. The North Milford Historic District is in Kent, this one in Sussex. The Causey Mansion is IMHO the 1st or 2nd highlight of the whole town.
