| Description |
Cross for Service in the Caucasus, in silver. Instituted in August 2001 by the Minister of Defense. Awarded to soldiers, sailors, sergeants and petty officers, performing military service in the North Caucasus Military District, for initiative and diligence shown in the performance of official duties, as well as taking part in counter terrorism operations in the North Caucasus region of the Russian Federation.
