Description 040925-N-4729H-518 Dover, De. (Sept. 25, 2004) – NASCAR driver Casey Atwood signs a picture for a young race fan at the Dover International Speedway in Delaware. Atwood drove the Navy 14 Chevy Monte Carlo to a 24th place finish at the Stacker 200 Busch series race.
