Portion used

The entire screenshot: because the image is taken from the game, the entire image is needed to identify the product, properly convey the meaning and branding intended, and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the image.

It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. It is used to illustrate some aspects of game the as discussed in the article. The image shows the player utilising "concentration mode" in the PC version of the game. When this mode is activated, the game automatically goes into slow motion, and two targeting reticules appear on either side of the screen, moving towards the centre. The player cannot control the reticules, but instead must time their shots to when a reticule is passing over an enemy. The image highlights these aspects in a way the article text itself could not describe as intricately, and thus enhance the reader's understanding of the prose. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original artwork, namely the creator providing graphic design services to relevant concerns and video game marketing to the public.
