Coat of Arms: Eagle displayed head couped - personal coat of arms of the Roman-German Silesian nobility House of Saszowski (historically also spelled Saschowsky, Sassowski, Szaszowski, Schaschowsky and Schaszowsky) of Saszow; including its branch/descendants alias Geraltowsky (Gierałtowski) and Palczowski (Palczewski). Members of the House were also for a long period of time Burgraves of Kraków (former capital of Poland), as well as progenitor of the Saszor / Orla (Eagle) clan arms of the Kingdom of Poland.
