Description
The chalice of Doña Urraca is a piece of Romanesque jewelry donated by the queen Urraca of Zamora (1033-1101), daughter of the king Fernando 1st of León. It goes back to the second half of the 12th century. Currently is kept in the museum of the Collegiate-Church of San Isidoro de León (Spain). Replica made on the occasion of the exhibition RAICES : EL LEGADO DE UN REINO-LEÓN (910-1230)
