For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild Stöhr 25.9.1968 Wilhelm-Pieck-Stadt Guben. Nicht nur ein Meister seines Faches sondern auch ein Sachverständiger, Helfer und Pädagoge in wehrpolitischen Fragen ist der Oberfeldwebel d.R. Harald Röhr (rechts vorn). Als Meister in der Zentralwerkstatt des Chemiefaserkombinates Wilhelm-Pieck-Stadt Guben sieht er einen besonderen Schwerpunkt seiner Arbeit in der Erziehung der Jugend zu bewußten Kämpfen für die Sache des Sozialismus. Neben der beruflichen Arbeit hilft er den Jugendlichen, sich militärische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten anzueignen, um den Schutz unseres Staates zu gewährleisten. Für seine hervorragenden Leistungen erhielt Harald Röhr bisher 15 staatliche Auszeichnungen und wurde mit dem Titel "Held der Arbeit" geehrt. Unser Bild zeigt Harald Röhr zusammen mit dem Lehrling Karl-Heinz Fechner, dem Reparaturschlosser Unterfeldwebel d. R. Dieter Kienel und dem Gefreiten d. R. Siegfried Conrad- (v.l.n.r.) bei der Arabei an einem Vakummgebläse. |
