ADN-ZB Deutsche Demokratische Republik Januar 1987 14-87 750 Jahre Berlin Neue Stadtbezirke entstehen Die Hauptstadt der DDR wird sich zu ihrem 750.Geburtstag baulich als ganz jung präsentieren. Mit Berlin-Marzahn (Foto) , mit Hohenschönhausen und Hellersdorf sind in einer historisch kurzen Zeit von zehn Jahren drei neue Stadtbezirke mit rund 91.400 Wohnungen einschließlich Gesellschaftseinrichtungen entstanden, die in ihren Größenordnungen mit Städten vergleichbar sind, deren Entstehung und Wachstum sich in Jahrhunderten vollzog. Im Zeitraum von 1986 bis 1990 werden in der Hauptstadt 163.000 Wohnungen neu gebaut bzw. modernisiert. Die FMieten bleiben weiter stabil, sie betragen etwa fünf Prozent des Familieneinkommens. Deutsch: Bei diesem Bild dürfte es sich um den Ausblick aus dem Hochhausaufgang Allee der Kosmonauten 69 handeln und es zeigt den Murtzaner Ring (Blickbereich vom Park Akazienwäldchen, etwa ab Ecke Langhoffstraße) von Süd nach Nord, Richtung Poelchaustraße (an der das Hochhaus Nr. 32 Bildmitte-links steht). Die langgestreckten Wohnhäuser sind vom Typ WBS70 und die Hochhäuser vom Typ WHH-GT18. Bei den Hochhäusern im näheren Bereich wären das Doppelwohnhochhaus Amanlisweg 10 und 12 und das Einzelwohnhochhaus Allee der Kosmonauten 145. Weiter hinten rechts, ist noch das Doppelwohnhochhaus Kienbergstraße 1 und 3 zu sehen . |
