Description
Building of Estonian Students' Society in Tartu. Architect Georg Hellat (1870–1943). In August 2008 a Georgian flag was hoisted besides Estonian to support Georgia in the South Ossetia war. The peace treaty between Finland and Russia was signed here in 1920.
