Description
Bradford Exchange Station, with locomotive.
View to buffer-stops and front screen of the station; ex-L&Y terminus of main lines from Manchester via Halifax and services from Huddersfield and Thornhill via Low Moor, also of ex-GNR trains from Wakefield and Leeds (Central). This station was closed 14/1/73 when the new Bradford Interchange was opened about 200 yards to the south and took over its traffic. The locomotive is an LMS Stanier Class 3P 2-6-2T.
