1. it is a single screenshot from a historically significant film;
2. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);

4. it is being used only for informational purposes; and
5. its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it supports a discussion of one of the most famous films often classified as "science-fiction noir" and specifically illustrates the characteristic noir motifs of city/night/rain/steam during the post-classic era, as described in the text.
