• This image OBVIOUSLY illustrates the subject in question. A picture of a baseball card is not an infringement in the same manner that a facsimile of that card would be. Unless the actual IMAGE of the baseball card is copyrighted, the exact image used, then this is a fair game shot. Otherwise, there would be no way to see a baseball card, other than to own it, or see it in person.
