Summary

Description
The "Privy Civil Cabinet of the Emperor" at Wilhelmstraße 54 in Berlin, built 1900-1901 by architect Carl Vohl. It is one of the few buildings of the Reich's government district around Wilhelmstraße that survived WWII. The building was also used by the Prussian Ministry of State and the Generallotteriedirektion. In 1936, it became the seat of the Reich Leadership of the Nazi party. Since 2000, the building is used by the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.
