Attendees listen to remarks by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey during the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) renaming ceremony Sept. 6, 2012, at Fort Lesley J. McNair, D.C. During the event, ICAF was formally renamed The Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. The ceremony also marked the 52nd anniversary of Eisenhower’s dedication of the building in 1960.
