The Turkish Sultan arriving at the Paris World Fair, in 1867. On the image, the Sultan is sitting in the carriage, wearing a round hat and a grey scarf. Next to him is Napoléon III, who was very involved in the organization of the event. Parisian onlookers stand on each side of the street.
