Description
The AIGA 'Symbol Signs' symbol for Currency Exchange, with the obsolete 'fr' for French franc, which was discontinued in 2002, replaced with the successor currency, the Euro. The currency symbol is from the Helvetica bold typeface. This is not an official AIGA symbol, as no new symbol designs have been officially published since the 1990s.
