What we do. Every page goes through several hundred of perfecting techniques; in live mode. Quite the same Wikipedia. Just better.
An online version of the pamphlet appears on www.eureferendum.gov.uk. This page states that all material on the site is released under the OGL. The image includes the HM Government logo, which is not free under the OGL, but at a size that is considered to be de minimis.
