Errington is a small community on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, located on Errington Road, off Highway 4, just south of Parksville and Qualicum Beach.

The town, with a population of approximately 3500,[1] is a farming and residential community, with small businesses emerging in the downtown area. The Errington War Memorial Hall and adjacent park host such events as the seasonal farmers' market and craft sales, in which local individuals and businesses take part.

Duncan McMillan, an early resident is said to have named the community from the poem Jock the Scot by Sir Walter Scott. The poem referred to the village of Errington in Northumberland Scotland.[2]:76

Englishman River Falls Provincial Park is adjacent to the community.[3][4]
