The Embassy of the Maldives in the United Arab Emirates (Dhivehi: ޔުނައިޓެޑް އަރަބި އެމިރޭޓްސްގައި ހުންނަ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އެމްބަސީ,[1] Arabic: سفارة جزر المالديف في الإمارات العربية المتحدة, also known as the Embassy of the Maldives in Abu Dhabi.) is an embassy established by the Maldives in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

On March 15, 1978, relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Maldives were established.[2] In the past, the Embassy in Saudi Arabia was also the Embassy in the United Arab Emirates, and until March 8, 2017, Ambassador Abdulla Hameed, resident in Riyadh, served concurrently as Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.[3] The first ambassador to the UAE was Ahmed Rasheed who was appointed on 4 June 2012.[4] Hussain Niyaz, who was appointed ambassador on February 20, 2017, became the first permanent ambassador to the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi.[5]

Since 23 November 2020, Aminath Shabeena has been serving as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.[6]
