Danby railway station serves the village of Danby in the parish of Danby, North Yorkshire, England. It is on the Esk Valley Line and is operated by Northern who provide all of the station's passenger services.

The station opened in 1865 with the line.[1] Danby is the location of the North York Moors National Park visitors centre. It is 1 mile (1.6 km) from the station to the centre on foot.[2]

There are four trains to Whitby and five to Middlesbrough on weekdays and Saturdays, (plus one additional evening service each way on summer Fridays) and four each way on Sundays.[3] Some trains continue beyond Middlesbrough to Newcastle via the Durham Coast Line.
