The Chelyabinsk constituency (No.189[a]) is a Russian legislative constituency in Chelyabinsk Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered urban Chelyabinsk, however, after 2015 redistricting it was stretched to central Chelyabinsk Oblast.
