Baalveer or Baal Veer, is an Indian Fantasy television series that debuted on 8 October 2012 on SAB TV. The show featured Dev Joshi in the titular role.[1][2] It was produced by Optimystix Entertainment, with the screenplay written by Rohit Malhotra.[3][4]
The series ran for 1,111 episodes, and concluded on 4 November 2016.[5][6] Baalveer serves as the first installment of the Baalveer franchise, followed by a direct sequel Baalveer Returns and a spiritual sequel Baalveer 3.
Plot
The story revolves around Pari Lok (the Fairy Realm), where good fairies reside, each possessing unique abilities. Rani Pari serves as the mother and leader of the fairies, while Bhayankar Pari, an evil fairy, plots to create terror on Earth. Rani Pari assigns different fairies to protect specific locations on Earth from Bhayankar Pari's mischief.
Baalveer, the series' hero, possesses extraordinary powers and is tasked with defeating Bhayankar Pari. His real parents were killed by Bhayankar Pari and he was later adopted by a fairy named Baal Pari. Rani Pari grants him the power of seven fairies, known as Saptapari, to aid him in his mission. An upright man named Mahesh Dagli adopts Baalveer after sending him to Earth. Unaware of his true identity, Baalveer becomes known as Ballu and is embraced by the Saat Sachhon ka Parivar (Family of Seven who Never Lies), consisting of Mahesh, his brother Rocky, his wife Smitha, his parents and his children Manav and Meher.
The series features multiple confrontations between Baalveer and Bhayankar Pari, who attempts to spread evil in Pari Lok and Earth. Despite various challenges, Baalveer emerges victorious with the help of his fairy allies. New characters are introduced throughout the show, and numerous battles take place to uphold peace and righteousness.
Ultimately, a new Rani Pari emerges to guide and assist Baalveer in his adventures. The story concludes with the triumph of good over evil, restoring peace and harmony in both Pari Lok and Earth.

- Karishma Tanna[7] as Rani Pari: She was formerly Bahuroopi Pari and was chosen to be Rani Pari by "Pari Maa" to be the supreme ruler of Pari Lok. She gives powers to other fairies. Despite defeating numerous evil forces, Chhal Pari later kills her. (2012–2013)
- Shruti Seth replaced Tanna as Rani Pari. (2013)
- Sudeepa Singh as Rani Pari. She becomes the new queen of Pari Lok after the previous Rani Pari. She also defeats many evil powers. (2014–2016)
- Shama Sikander[7][8][9] as Bhayankar Pari.[10] She was formerly Bhali Pari but she becomes resentful of the fairies and Maa Pari when she is not given the throne, so she goes away and creates Bhayanak Lok. She wants revenge on Rani Pari and Baalveer for her defeat but is eventually killed by Baalveer. (2012–2014)
- Shweta Kawatra replaced Sikander as Bhayankar Pari. (2014–2015)
- Aditi Sajwan as Natkhat Pari, one of the Saptapari; a unique fairy with the power to make anything and change her size. She is very close to Rani Pari. She guides Baalveer throughout his journey to fight evil. She was killed by Bhayankar Pari in 2014 by Zahreela Baan but was resurrected by Rani Pari. (2012–2014)
