Archana (born as Sudha) is an Indian actress and Kuchipudi and Kathak dancer, known for her works in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam , Kannada, Hindi, Bengali and Odia films. She is the recipient of two National Film Awards.[1][2]

Archana was born in Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh, India as Sudha. During her childhood, her family moved to Madras (Present day Chennai).[citation needed]
