Early life and education

Jaeger is a native of Moberly, Missouri and the daughter of Jon and Michelle Brooks.[3] She graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2013.[4] While at UCM, she was named the top female undergraduate and maintained a 4.0 GPA.[1] She then went on to the University of Kansas to pursue a Master of Arts in political science.[1][5]
